Another delicious Woop Woop Shiraz: the fourth vintage and tipped to be the best one yet!
A wet winter, mild sunny spring followed by a warm dry summer… we couldn’t have asked for more perfect conditions for a long, late ripening period.
And the result? Rich, ripe, and chock full of quintessential Aussie character.
It’s deep in colour with great intensity, bursting with blackberry fruit juice, blueberry jam and masses of clean varietal Shiraz fruit. It’s well balanced with black liquorice, pepper and spice giving tremendous flavour and length. It weighs in at 15% alcohol! This wine was matured in French and American oak.
